​Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of CPDC Online Live or Video-Recorded CPD Seminars & Educational Courses in Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law
These Terms and Conditions apply to Services provided by Continuing Professional Development Center (hereafter referred to as CPDC) focused on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Seminars & Educational Courses in Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law.
Please read thoroughly and print these terms and conditions before purchasing an Online Live and/or Video-Recorded CPD Seminars & Educational Courses. By clicking on the “Place Order” button, you agree to these binding Terms and Conditions. However, if you choose not to agree or if you breach these Terms and Conditions then you wouldn’t be able to purchase any Services from CPDC since your access to CPDC Services will be denied.

CPDC does not endorse and it is not associated directly or indirectly with any website that is owned or operated by third-party, which may be linked to the information provided on this website. In that sense, CPDC vehemently disclaims all liability for information received from a third-party website linked to this website.
2. Intellectual Property
CPDC reserves All Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright in the Content of the CPD Seminars and Educational Courses as well as the Resource Materials and Presentations, including the Power Point Presentations made by CPDC educators.
Therefore, as a purchaser of CPDC Services, you are NOT authorised to: remove any CPDC copyright or other notice on CPD Seminars, Educational Courses, and Resource Materials; copy, modify, video and/or audio record, reproduce, re-publish, sell, upload, broadcast, distribute or share with others any of CPDC Materials, including Power Point Presentations and other Presentations of our educators without prior written authorisation obtained from CPDC.
3. Description of the Services
CPDC Services are described on this website along with the dates of their delivery, their fees, and the number of CPD hours respectively allotted to them. CPDC reserves the right to swap or withdraw any of the Services described on its website without any prior notice.
Although we expect that the CPDC Services you purchase will meet your needs, we do not guarantee that you will obtain a particular professional result, qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase, use, and completion of any of the CPDC Services.
4. Book Services
To book any CPDC Services, click on the button “Book Now,” which is placed below the course on the CPDC website, and follow the booking procedure. Once you complete it, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In order to make your payment, click on “Method of Payment” on the CPDC website, where you can find our e-mail address to send your e-Transfer. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an Invoice that will serve as a receipt, and it will include the link and the password for the live webinar.
5. Force Majeure
CPDC shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these Terms and Conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, earthquakes, volcanoes, fires, floods, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the educator’s family or the educator’s illness.
6. Use of Data
By purchasing CPDC Services, you also agree to CPDC Use of Data, which you will provide when you register with CPDC so that we can identify you as a user of our Services.
Although CPDC taks necessary steps to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any Data you disclose, so you accept the inherent security implications of being and transacting online over the Internet and will not hold CPDC responsible for any breach of security.
